University of Maryland is offering a well-regarded and wide-ranging Master’s program for secondary school teachers. All courses, including a broad range of topical electives, are offered online with the exception of a research requirement that can be fulfilled over the summer (or during the school year) with a Frederick-based company or laboratory.
Only two other requisites, a short research paper and a course on experimental design, are required, and timelines have some flexibility to help conform to busy teacher schedules.
